Q: What shipping methods do you provide?
For domestic shipments: USPS and UPS offered at checkout.
For international shipments: USPS, DHL, and UPS offered at checkout.
Note: International shipments may be subject to taxes & duties in destination country.
Q: How fast do you ship my order?
Orders received before 3pm EST will be fulfilled the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped out the following morning. This fulfillment time frame does not include holidays and certain company-wide dates.
Once it leaves our warehouse, the time to receiving the shipment is up to the courier option chosen at checkout.
Q: How long does it takes to receive my order?
This will depend on your courier selection at checkout. Monitor your tracking link once receiving the shipping email.
Note: Transit time is based on business days. This may exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Q: How much does the shipping cost?
Domestic: USPS First Class is always free! Other options are charged at a discounted rate.
International: Again, dependent on courier selection. If you input all address details at checkout you can see actual shipping costs before checking out.
Q: I made a typo error or submitted the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1 working day. If you have submitted a wrong shipping address due to typo error, please simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +1 (617) 631-8683.
Please note that items on sale or purchased with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items in original condition (unopened and unused, or if item has been opened it must be in perfect working condition and no cosmetic defects) can be returned for a refund.
- You may request the refund to be issued to the original credit card used or as store credit.
- Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- iFertracker team must be contacted within 15 working days of the posted delivery date documented on the online postal service or courier tracking system.
- Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, labels, stickers and any other packaging materials.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping fees back to iFertracker, whether we send you a label or you choose your own method. If you choose to ship on your own terms, feel free to ship with whatever shipping method you prefer. iFertracker strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation to all return packages as iFertracker is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. It is the customer's responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to iFertracker that may have been lost in the mail stream.
- Please contact us with your order ID for the return address.
- Upon receiving your returned product and checking the items are in returnable condition, the refund/store credit will be issued within 10 working days. For exchanges, the customer will be invoiced for regular shipping fees (US$10 for standard shipping, courier shipping at calculated rate) and any other price differential incurred. Exchanged items will be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving payment.
